Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with Messy Master. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our Return Policy carefully to understand our guidelines for returns, exchanges, and refunds.
1. Eligibility
1.1 Return Period: You may initiate a return or exchange within 30 days from the date of purchase. After this period, we may not accept returns or exchanges.
1.2 Condition of Items: Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them. We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these criteria.
1.3 Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, certain items, such as opened or used skincare products, are non-returnable. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for these items unless they are defective or damaged. Items on sale or clearance cannot be returned.
2. Returns Process
2.1 Initiate a Return: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at messymaster07@gmail.com. Provide your order details, reason for the return, and any supporting documentation, if applicable.
2.2 Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to proceed.
2.3 Packaging and Shipping: Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective/damaged item.
2.4 Return Address: Returns can be mailed to: Messy Master 3 Campsbourne Parade Hornsey High Street London N8 7PR. You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs with regard to the items that you wish to return. Ship the return package to the address provided by our customer service team along with the RA number clearly marked on the outside of the package.
3. Refunds and Exchanges
3.1 Refunds: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund within 7 days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise specified. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
3.2 Exchanges: If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or variant, please indicate your preference when contacting our customer service team. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is not available, we will process a refund for the returned item according to our refund policy.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
4.1 Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged item, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery. Provide details and supporting documentation (such as photographs) of the damaged item. We will assist you in resolving the issue promptly.
4.2 Defective Items: In the case of defective items, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery. We may request additional information or proof of the defect. If the item is deemed defective, we will provide options for a refund, exchange, or repair, depending on the circumstances.
